Our First Blog

With the help and motivation of my brother I am  finally posting our first blog. We are now in our 6th month of living in Coppell, TX and it feels like home. Jill has been working as a Registered Dietitian at Davita Dialysis for just over a month now and feels it is a good fit. Because the hours are relatively flexible she can miss most of the "big city" traffic.  Addison is attending a local pre-school and after three weeks of adjusting and transition, she is in her element among her new friends. She is participating in a dance class and a cooking class, in addition to the many typical activities for a two to three year old class. She is constantly singing and dancing and she loves to play in the dirt. Drew is working at First United Methodist of Coppell as the Director of Youth Ministries. When he signed on he was one of two full time youth workers at the church. Just before Thanksgiving, the second person resigned. Needless to say, Drew's workload has increased. Fortunately, a search is currently underway to fill the second full time position. We are praying for the search to go smoothly and quickly. There is  more to tell but we will save it for next time.
